Psssst!! Can we talk???

Most of you know by now that I had a heart attack about two months ago. I did pretty well in the hospital and just went for my checkup. The folks said I was doing pretty good, and kept telling me how important it is for me to lose weight, exercise, take my medicine, etc.

Before I saw the doctor, I was interviewed by a bunch of pharmacists. Said it was part of a rotation or something. Didn't quite understand all that, but they kept asking questions anyway.

Strange, nobody asked me about the blood clot in my leg. I'm sure glad they didn't ask me about my medicine for the blood clot. Truth is, I only used those shots for two days. THEY REALLY HURT!!! And that warfarin thing, look at the discussion I found on the internet at http://www.oralchelation.com/faq/answers10.htm:

Dear Karl,

I have an elderly friend who has been taking Coumadin for the past 25 years.

He is now considered legally blind and was told by his physician that it is due to the narrowing of the veins/arteries behind the eyes due to his Coumadin use.

Have you ever heard of this? Have you heard that Coumadin is used to kill rats?

I haven't found anything relating to this on any web sites or drug warnings for Coumadin.

His doctor said that the vision loss is not due to anything else.

Thanks for your time.

Evelyn

The guy who answered this questions said, yes, indeed it is rat poison. I'm not taking rat poison. First the shots that made me feel like a pincushion and then rat poison. And they won't let me take my Gink-Go.

Oh, Well.
